Stephen Kingon

Stephen Kingon is active in the competitiveness and business landscape through several roles. He is a former Managing Partner of PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWC)in Northern Ireland, a past Chair of Invest NI, the economic development agency,a former member of the Economic Development Forum, which advises Ministers on the competitiveness of the Northern Ireland Economy and a former Co Chair of the North/South Roundtable Group, which worked to improve the Island economy’s competitiveness.
Currently he is the Chair of Centre for Competitiveness, which aims to assist private, public and voluntary sector organizations to improve through quality excellence, breakthrough innovation and increased productivity. In addition he serves as a non executive director of a number of organizations including being Chairman of Northern Ireland Electricity Networks, the Balcas Group and the Lagan Group. He is also Pro Chancellor of Queens University Belfast.
