Hiro Nishiguchi is a serial entrepreneur dedicated to enhancing global society by proliferating innovation management systems across diverse organizations and cultivating startup ecosystems worldwide. He is currently serving as the Managing Director of GEN Japan at the Global Entrepreneurship Network, President of SG Japan at Startup Genome, President of Japan Bosai (Disaster Risk Reduction) Platform, Chief Innovation Officer of the Advent Group, and Professor at Sophia University.

His illustrious career includes pivotal positions at esteemed organizations such as the International Finance Corporation of the World Bank Group, Mercer (as a Worldwide Partner), and the Innovation Network Corporation of Japan (INCJ), where he served as Executive Managing Director.
Nishiguchi holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from Sophia University and a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. He is a certified Innovation Management Professional by the Research Institutes of Sweden and a member of the US Technical Advisory Group for ISO TC279 Innovation Management. With his multifaceted experience and unwavering commitment to innovation, Hiro Nishiguchi continues to drive positive change and propel organizations toward success on a global scale.
