Yanos Gramatidis

Yanos Gramatidis is the CEO of Justitia Advisory Limited in Nicosia, Cyprus. Justitia is a strategy advisor for privatisation, PPPs, energy, M&As, complex corporate and commercial transactions, banking, and securities.
In addition to his position at Justitia, Mr. Gramatidis is the Honorary President of the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce. As an accomplished lawyer, he is a Visiting Professor at the Center of International Legal Studies, and was admitted to the Athens Bar in 1977. He is on the Board of Advisors at the Southwestern Institute for International & Comparative Law in Texas. His current memberships include the Board of Advisors of Centre of International Legal Studies in Salzburg, the Athens Bar Association, the International Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. He is also a Member of the Board of the Hellenic Corporate Governance Committee and the European Franchise Lawyers Group (EFLG), as well as a Life Member of the Propeller Club Port of Piraeus.
Formerly, Mr. Gramatidis was a Managing Partner of Bahas, Gramatidis & Partners in Athens. He was President of the Institute of Economic Policy & Public Governance and the American-Hellenic Chamber of Commerce. His former Board positions include organizations such as Egnatia Bank, the British Hellenic Chamber of Commerce, Attica Bank, the Hellenic Albanian Chamber of Commerce, and the Propeller Club of the United States of America at Port of Piraeus. He was Chairman of the Internal Audit Committee of Egnatia Bank as well as the Anglo-Hellenic Law Association in London. He was a Member of the Legal Committee to the European Franchise Federation and General Counsel to the Franchise Association of Greece. Additionally, he was a member of the Solicitors European Group in London.
Mr. Gramatidis was educated at the University of Athens Law School, The Hague Academy of International Law, and l’Institut International des Droits de l’Homme in Strasbourg.
